My nephew and I. :)

 

Hi everyone! I'm Christina and I will be one of the strangers you go to Israel with. So, hopefully this will give you a pre-introduction. I am very curious to hear more about you guys also, so feel free to appease my curiosity. hehe :) 

 

I have wanted to go to Israel for years. I used to collect pictures of the Western Wall and make collages as a kid...how absurd is that? haha.. My fascination with Israel, and the culture was only intensified when I started reading about some of the areas in the bible. I also LOVE missions, mainly because I love sharing the love of Jesus Christ with whoever I meet. He has enlivened my existence and given me a passion to spread the love I have been given. So naturally, when heard that there was a trip to Israel that also included mission work I was very interested.

 

 

Okay, a little bit about me. I am a twenty-one year old from Omaha, Nebraska. I'm in nursing school, and currently work as a nurse assistant for disabled clients. If I have extra time I like to paint, run, daydream, read, journal, socialize, and laugh! I am very involved with the homeless population in my city. I go out every Friday with an organization called Angels on Wheels. We bring food, bibles, a shoulder to cry on, and prayers.

 

 

There are no words to describe how excited I am for this trip! Can't wait to meet all of you in June! I'll be praying for all of you as your prepare for this journey... His grace is sufficient for us! :)
