Last summer i went on my first mission trip to Tijuana, Mexico. This trip was only a week long, but it was the most eye opening experience of my life! I quickly realized that God has given me a heart for that sort of thing. I love having experiences that are out of my comfort zone. I love people. I love building relationships and hearing people's stories. I also have really enjoyed watching my own story unfold, and seeing the things God has done, and is continuing to do in my life. It is always a surprise, but that what makes it so cool! This whole Israel trip is kind of one of the surprises God has lead me to stumble upon. After returning from Mexico, my mind and heart were stuck on the idea of going on another mission trip. I prayed that God would grant me with an opportunity to do so. I have a friend who went to Kenya through AIM last summer, so she told me i should check it out, and here i am! 

I am SO excited about this trip. I trust that God has some great things in store for all of us and i'm really looking forward to seeing the things he has to show us!
